FLINT (WJRT) -

(03/30/14) - Police are still looking for a person of interest in a Thursday night shooting in Flint.

The shooting happened in the 2100 block of Barbara Drive.

Sunday evening, family and friends held a vigil to mourn 21-year-old Irontae White.

"That was my little cousin, he was very, very loved," said Shay White.

Family can't believe Flint's violence hit so close to home.

"You hear this going on every day basically, you see it on the news but it's not real, it's not real," Shay White said. "This is our blood, we love him."

Irontae leaves behind his little boy, just a year old.

"I just hate that he's gone and I love and I miss him, it's just like yesterday that I was talking to him," said his cousin Anngie Otis.

"He's still alive, he's still here with us no matter what he's living through all of us," Shay White said.

If you have any information on what happened police are asking you to call them or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
