(04/04/14) - A traffic stop in Burton Friday morning ended with one man in custody, a credit union partially closed for a few hours and police investigating a possible mobile meth lab.

Security Credit Union is now completely back open. The lobby had been closed with just the drive-thru available.

Burton Police say they received a call to check on a person slumped over in a vehicle in the Goodwill parking lot, next door to the credit union, around 7:15 a.m.

When officers arrived, the driver was pulling out. He pulled over into the parking lot of the credit union.

Burton Police say there was a strong chemical smell, and when they checked the truck, they found a mobile meth lab.

The Flint Area Narcotics Group - or FANG - said one, one-pot method was found in the truck along with components needed to make the drug.

The driver, who police identified as a man in his 30s, from Davison, is now in the Genesee County Jail.
