FLINT (WJRT) -

(04/04/14) - A jury convicted a Flint man for beating another man, while he was unconscious, outside a strip club.

Jurors found Cody Tucker guilty of violently attacking a 25-year-old Grand Blanc man outside Déjà Vu on Dort Highway in Flint.

Police say Tucker stomped and kicked the man, on Oct. 5, 2013, after he was knocked unconscious by Robert Yates.

Yates was upset over an old prank the man posted on Instragram.

Yates plead guilty in the case after making a plea deal to testify against Tucker.

A third man, Jeremy Ranger, also pleaded guilty in the attack.
