(04/09/14) - A sentencing date has been scheduled for a man accused of shooting and killing a Flint store clerk in 2007.
Twenty-nine-year-old Harvey Johnson pleaded no contest to second degree murder and felony firearm charges in the murder of Wajdi Badr.
Police say Johnson shot Badr during an armed robbery at Carpenter Road Market on March 7, 2007.
Johnson was arrested in 2011, after evidence was found linking him to the crime.
