(04/23/14) -  Flint residents are speaking out about problems impacting their community, from high water bills to deep potholes.
 
Flint residents gathered inside of Doyle Ryder Elementary school in Flint for a block club meeting that started at 6 p.m. Wednesday night.
 
City council member Wantwaz Davis sponsored the event.
   
Representatives from the city of Flint were on hand, including DPW director Howard Croft.
     
He answered questions about the city's switch from Detroit water to the Flint River.
