BAY CITY (WJRT) - (05/08/14) - According to Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette's office, Joel Wilson, a Saginaw man accused of pulling off a Ponzi scheme, will be back in Michigan on May 15.

Wilson was arrested in Germany in January, after a year of hiding out.

He's charged with defrauding investors through his business, Diversified Financial in Bay City.

Schuette says Wilson used the money he collected to pay for his personal expenses.
