FRANKENMUTH (WJRT) - (06/01/14) - More than 1,200 people from five Frankenmuth churches met Sunday morning for a special community-wide worship service.

They celebrated the completion of their nearly year-long collective study of the book "The Story". The congregations met Sunday morning at Heritage Park in Frankenmuth, where they listened to a message by Pastor Randy Frazee, one of the book's creators.

They talked about the uniqueness of what the Frankenmuth community just completed.

"The Story" is a chronological bible that reads like a novel. The book's publisher intends to use this example of what the Frankenmuth churches have done, hoping to inspire other communities around the country to put their differences aside and come together in the same way.
