FLINT (WJRT) - (06/09/14) -  Residents spoke out Monday night at Flint's city council meeting.

Emergency manager Darnell Earley's two year budget was on the table.

Early has proposed cutting 36 police department jobs and 19 fire fighter positions.

The proposed cuts come as the city deals with its $12 million shortfall.

The budget also calls for fee increases for trash and street lighting.

Residents spoke out against the cuts and fee increases.
