Flint City Council votes on proposed ordinance involving dog owners

FLINT (WJRT) - (06/10/14) - The Flint City Council voted on a proposed ordinance Monday night that changes the punishment for owners if their dogs attack.

The proposed changes would see those dog owners locked up for 90 days if their dog attacks a person in Flint.

They will also have to pay a $500 fine.

Emergency Manager Darnell Early still has to OK the measure.
