GENESEE COUNTY (WJRT) - (09/03/14) - The Michigan Attorney General has charged a family of three for their part and cover up of a hit and run death last year.

Thirty-four-year-old Jeffrey Lee died after he was hit by a black Chevy Silverado in late September 2013, outside the Fraternal Order of Eagles on Dort Highway.

He had just left a wedding reception.

Gunn, his mother Sherry Long and father Leon Gunn are all charged. Long worked as a crime victim advocate for Leyton's office.
