FLINT, MI - "Starting a Business" will be presented at the Oak Business Center in Flint via classroom presentation on Wednesday, January 18 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. This workshop will also be presented via webinar on Thursday, January 26 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
"Starting a Business" is designed for individuals who are considering self-employment, or who may be at the beginning stages of starting a business. This introductory training covers the process of starting and operating, evaluating market potential for products/services, costs and financing options, plus business planning. Every registered classroom attendee will receive a copy of the 60+ page book, “Guide to Starting and Operating a Small Business.”
There is no fee for the “Starting a Business” seminar but advance and separate registration for each individual is required.
