Our workweek got off to a great start with plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures.  With a good bit of fair sky expected through the we hours of our Tuesday, Temperatures will settle into the middle, to upper 50s.  Our "normal" low temperature for this part of July is 59-degrees.  Overall, it looks like we are facing another week during which we can expect temperatures to run at above-average levels.

Tuesday is shaping-up to be a beauty of a day.  Plenty of sunshine is expected and winds will be light, blowing in from the south-southwest.  High temperatures for the afternoon will make a move into the middle 80s.  The temperature / humidity combination will stay in the comfort zone.  Wednesday will begin with bright sunshine, but the trend for the day will be for the clouds to increase.  By the end of the day, clouds will be increasing as a cool front moves in from the west.

The best chance of rain for the week will come Wednesday night and early Thursday as a cool front drifts across lower Michigan.  Even with the chance of rain Thursday, temperatures will still likely run a skosh above the average, and humidity levels will be higher.  Highs will make a move back to around the 90-degree mark for Friday and the upcoming weekend.  Right now, Friday looks dry, but the weekend will feature higher humidity levels and a chance of a few showers or thundershowers. - JR
