Man found dead in vehicle is Flint’s first homicide of 2021
The victim in his 30s was found slumped in the driver’s seat of a vehicle around 9:10 a.m.

FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) - Police say a man in his 30s found dead in a vehicle on Friday morning is Flint’s first homicide victim of 2021.
The Flint Police Department responded to the 700 block of West Dewey Street around 9:10 a.m. on New Year’s Day to investigate a man slumped over in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Officers found the body of a man in his 30s with several gunshot wounds.
The victim, who police did not identify on Monday, was pronounced dead on the scene.
