FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) - High pressure to the northeast has helped to keep us dry and will aid in giving us a little sunshine through the clouds today, but as a warm front lifts through we’ll see some rain. Rain chances continue into Wednesday with a cold front passing through as well.

With the warm front lifting into the state, we’ll see light S winds today. Highs will be near 80 inland and closer to 70 near Lake Huron. We’ll see some sun between the clouds and have scattered showers. Storms are possible but nothing severe is expected.

Tonight winds shift to the SW, picking up into tomorrow to 10-20mph, gusting to around 30mph. After only dropping to the mid 60s tonight with mostly cloudy skies, we’ll be into the mid 80s Tuesday! It’ll be muggy with scattered showers and storms, particularly to end the day.

Rain chances carry into the first part of Wednesday as the cold front comes through. This cools us down quite a bit to end the week.
