Hot and humid again Thursday
Some relief is in sight.
FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) - It’ll be another hot and humid day! We’ll see plenty of sun with pop-up showers and storms this afternoon and evening. With an ESE wind at 5-10mph, those closer to Lake Huron will be closer to 80 degrees, while further inland highs will be near 90!
Tonight skies will be mainly clear with temps falling to the low to mid 60s. Winds will turn light and variable.
Tomorrow brings highs back up near 90 with sunshine and more scattered shower possibilities. Winds Friday will be out of the E around 5-10mph – just enough to keep those along the shoreline a tad cooler.
We’ll see scattered showers and storms possible earlier Saturday before turning drier, and less humid, for Sunday!
Our temps become more seasonable next week, but until then make sure you’re staying hydrated and taking breaks to cool off if working outdoors. Also practice the 7-second rule – put the backside of your hand on the pavement; if it’s too hot for you after 7 seconds, it’s too hot for your dog!
