MID-MICHIGAN, Mich. (WJRT) - After a few areas in Mid-Michigan saw some severe weather on Saturday, our forecast is trending in a much nicer direction for the second half of the weekend. This morning, there is a little patchy fog in spots, but this is not a widespread issue. We’ll see a mixture of clouds and sunshine through the morning with a little more sunshine this afternoon. We will see less humidity today as well, so it’ll feel pretty nice outside with highs in the lower to middle 80s for most of us. It will be a little cooler towards Lake Huron.

Overnight, more clouds and a few thunderstorms will move in. We’ll carry a scattered thunderstorm chance throughout the day on Monday as well. Temperatures, though, will be much cooler with highs in the middle 70s. A stray shower can’t be ruled out for Tuesday but most stay dry with highs in the lower 70s. The nicest days of the week appear to be on Wednesday and Thursday with some sunshine and highs in the lower 70s on Wednesday and low 80s on Thursday. More rain and storms are possible Thursday night into Friday.
