Corey Feldman cancels Flint show, remainder of tour amid legal troubles
(10/31/2017) - Former child actor turned musician Corey Feldman has canceled his scheduled appearance at Flint's Machine Shop venue on Thursday and the remainder of his current tour.
The Machine Shop announced on Facebook that Feldman's managers had offered assurances over the past few days that the show would go on despite an incident in Louisiana on Oct. 21.
Feldman was pulled over while driving a tour bus with a suspended license. Police also found marijuana on the bus, which Feldman claimed belonged to a bandmate who used it for medicinal purposes.
Feldman paid a fine and was released from custody.
Feldman also has made recent claims that he was sexually abused while working as a child in Hollywood during the 1990s.
Feldman's managers told the Machine Shop on Tuesday that the tour date there had been canceled, along with the remainder of the tour. No makeup dates were being scheduled.
Anyone who purchased tickets through Etix will automatically receive a refund immediately, according to the Machine Shop. Any tickets purchased elsewhere can be returned for a full refund to wherever they were purchased.
