FLINT (WJRT) - (02/23/18) - Flint firefighters were called to the scene of a possible entrapment Friday evening in the 1000 block of Martin Luther King Avenue in Flint.

Crews arrived around 9:15 p.m. to find the home about 50-percent engulfed in flames.

A man at the scene who claims to be the homeowner of the property talked with ABC12 as he watched firefighters try to knock the fire out.

He tells us the home has been vacant and boarded up since the death of his brother.

Squatters may have been living there when the fire broke out, but it's believed firefighters didn't find anyone inside.

Two ambulances waited at the scene as a precaution.
