(CNN/WJRT) - (06/27/17) - If you're fourth of July plans take you out of town you'll be happy to hear that record-lows are expected at the pump this weekend.

That's according to GasBuddy.com.

The website is projecting a nationwide average of $2.21 a gallon.

That's the lowest price for a holiday fill up, since 2005.

Analysts are stunned by the dramatic turn-around, originally projecting gas prices to be near three-dollars a gallon this summer.
