FLINT (WJRT) - (08-20-18) - Michigan's health director could soon learn whether he'll be tried in the Flint water emergency.
A judge is expected to announce Tuesday whether the case against Nick Lyon will move forward.
Prosecutors say Lyon waited too long to tell the public about a deadly Legionnaires' disease outbreak in Flint during the water emergency.
Lyon's preliminary hearing lasted ten months.
He is charged with involuntary manslaughter and misconduct in office.
