DETROIT (WJRT) - (08/29/17) - Detroit native Kid Rock is opening a new restaurant inside the new Little Caesars Arena and he's promising to make it an unforgettable experience.

"Made in Detroit" will span 5,800 square feet of space designed with a contemporary feel and a menu full of classic Detroit and Southern-inspired foods.

The restaurant is Kid Rock's first cross-over into the culinary industry, but his music roots will be evident as well with the eatery expected to serve up live, local musical talent too.

Kid Rock is working with global food service management company Delaware North on the project.

Worried about getting a table? There will be seating for 230 people and the plan is to keep the restaurant open year-round.

Traditional comfort foods and a bar stocked with local beer and craft cocktails ensure there's something for everyone.

As you might have guessed, "Made in Detroit' will feature Kid Rock memorabilia as part of the décor that also boasts flat-screen TV's and leather couches. You can get a sneak peek of the interior in the slideshow below.

The arena is set to open next month and Kid Rock will perform the grand opening show on September 12. Due to overwhelming demand, he has an additional five concerts scheduled at LCA September 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20.
