Plea in Nun's Bike Death

(10-16-17) - A man accused of killing a nun in a Gratiot County hit and run has taken a plea.

Justin Fell hasn't admitted he did it. He does agree to be punished for not stopping at a deadly accident police say he caused.

He could get up to 15 years in prison.

Prosecutors say Fell hit sister Joseph Marie Ruessman as she rode here bike on Michigan Avenue in Alma back in August.

He was arrested 11 days later.

Police say Fell reported he hit a deer, but the damage tied him to the nun's death.
