FLINT (WJRT) (1/23/2019) - Police are still searching for clues in the death of a woman whose body was found in a vacant house on Flint's southwest side more than a year ago.

Melony Black, 36, was found dead inside a house in the 1200 block of Pinehurst Avenue on Dec. 6, 2017. Investigators believe she died elsewhere and her body was placed in the abandoned house.

Black's death is listed as suspicious.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,500 reward for information about how she ended up in the house. Anyone with tips should call 1-800-422-JAIL.

FBI agents and the Flint Police Department raided the house on Pinehurst Avenue where Black's body was found and two other houses nearby on Leland Avenue last summer.

Authorities have not said what they were looking for during the raids or what evidence they uncovered. Neighbors have said all three houses were used for prostitution and drug use.
