MID-MICHIGAN (WJRT) (2/12/2019) - A week with back-to-back storm systems means a lot of headaches for most folks in Mid-Michigan.
Thankfully for Mid-Michigan, the second storm system will have much less of an impact that the earlier one.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the forecast shows some precipitation moving into the region Thursday evening on Valentine's Day. Precipitation will be fall as rain to the south and snow from Saginaw Bay northward.
Anything coming down out of the sky will be rather light. Rain showers will be brief and move out shortly after they begin since they'll mainly be along a cold front.
To the north, where snow is likely, only a few inches are expected. The entire storm will be out of Mid-Michigan by early Friday morning.
