Two shootings in Saginaw, both victims shot multiple times while in their car

SAGINAW (WJRT) - (10/30/17) - Two shootings within 5 hours leave Saginaw police searching for those responsible for shooting up two cars.

Both victims are suffering from several gunshot wounds and are being treated for their injuries at the hospital.

The victim's car at 6th and Norman crashed into a tree shortly after 6:00 p.m. Bullet holes can be seen along the driver's side of the white car.

Late Monday evening, Saginaw police released a photo of a vehicle of interest, seen leaving the area at the time of the shooting.

Saginaw Police say it's a blue truck, possibly a Ford, with a broken passenger taillight.

A spare wheel appears to be on the back passenger side.

The second shooting happened in the area Woodward and Alpine just before 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.

A man was found sitting in a vehicle that was shot up and he was rushed to the hospital by ambulance with multiple injuries.

Anyone with information about either shooting is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.

As of late Monday, the conditions of the victims are not known and police haven't talked about any possible connections between the two scenes.
