Victim dies a week after the shooting outside Kickers Sports Bar

GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP (WJRT) (5/14/2018) - The man shot outside Kickers Sports Bar in Grand Blanc Township early on May 6 died over the weekend.

The Grand Blanc Township Police Department said 35-year-old Vincedward Robinson died in an area hospital over the weekend some gunshot wounds sustained outside the restaurant.

Darrell Hunter, 48, was arrested early last week on charges that he shot Robinson and a 26-year-old woman in the parking lot outside Kickers. Police say there in engaged in an argument on the deck that spilled into the parking lot around 1:45 a.m. May 6.

The woman was treated and released from an area hospital on Sunday.

Hunter appeared in court Wednesday for arraignment on the following charges:

-- Two counts of assault with intent to murder.
-- One count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
-- One count of being a felon in possession of ammunition.
-- One count of carrying a concealed weapon without a license.
-- Four counts of committing a felony while in possession of a firearm as a second-time offender.

The Genesee County Prosecutor's Office did not immediately return messages seeking comment about whether Hunter's charges would be upgraded to murder after Robinson's death.
