Chilly's Bar owners have change of heart under threat of penalties

A change of heart. The mid-Michigan bar that planned to defy the Governor's Executive order and open their doors this morning remains closed.

While Boyce Hydro, the company that owns four dams on the Tittabawassee River, two of which failed causing major flooding, says a third dam has no consequential damage, the federal agency overseeing dam safety disagrees.

Although a Sanford woman is without her most beloved possession, her spirit is not broken.

"Dog's sense of smell is so above and beyond what we we're able to smell and sense things that we just had no idea is there."
