The Genesee County Election Commission approved the second petition against Greg Hull. The decision comes after Hull’s arrest last fall and his guilty plea to a misdemeanor DUI charge.
The language was approved in a two-to-one vote. They had previously rejected a similar petition earlier this month because of spelling and grammatical errors.
