Fewer babies: Birth rates falling in Mid-Michigan
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the United States birth rate is dropping to a low we haven't seen since 1986. Meanwhile, a growing number of women are having children later in life.
The teenagers are from Europe and in the states for the first time.
