January 14th, 2022 Morning Weather

High pressure to the north will help to bring in some very cold air for today and the weekend! It also keeps our winds out of the NE today, bringing scattered snow.

Today’s temps fall throughout the day, putting everyone in the teens for the afternoon. A NE wind at 15-20mph will make it feel more like the single digits, and cause those closer to Lake Huron to see scattered, light, lake effect snow.

Tonight we’ll drop to the single digits to low teens, staying cloudy. NE winds around 10mph will have it feeling more like 0 to -10.

Winds will remain there Saturday, so with highs only in the mid to upper teens, tomorrow afternoon it’ll feel more like the single digits. Clouds decrease through the day before we stay clear overnight into Sunday.

Sunday morning temps will be in the low single digits with wind chills below zero. Highs on Sunday reach the mid 20s and it will be the same Monday.
